Nestled in the foothills of North Scottsdale, this luxury desert home was thoughtfully transformed to reflect a warm contemporary aesthetic while improving everyday functionality. Arizona Remodel Pros partnered closely with the homeowner to create a cohesive design that blended modern finishes, premium craftsmanship, and smart-home technology into a timeless Arizona residence.
The renovation included a complete kitchen remodel, spa-inspired primary bathroom, guest bathroom refresh, engineered hardwood flooring, custom entertainment wall, fireplace renovation, upgraded lighting, premium interior finishes, and integrated smart-home technology. Every element was carefully selected to create a home that is both luxurious and comfortable for everyday living.

THE HEART OF THE HOME
The kitchen serves as the centerpiece of this North Scottsdale home and was thoughtfully remodeled to create a space that is both functional and inviting. Existing cabinetry was professionally refinished using Sherwin-Williams Emerald® Urethane Trim Enamel, while new Arizona Tile quartz countertops, a 3×12 porcelain backsplash, an undermount sink, and a Delta brushed nickel faucet elevated both the appearance and functionality of the space.
To complete the transformation, Arizona Remodel Pros upgraded the kitchen with LED recessed lighting, under-cabinet and toe-kick lighting, new cabinet hardware, electrical and plumbing improvements, paint touch-ups, and integrated smart-home technology—creating a kitchen designed for everyday living and effortless entertaining.
A Spa-Inspired Vanity
Designed with both beauty and functionality in mind, the custom dual vanity creates a refined space for everyday living. Existing cabinetry was professionally refinished and paired with a custom quartz countertop, modern plumbing fixtures, upgraded LED lighting, and thoughtfully selected finishes that complement the home's contemporary desert aesthetic. Every detail was carefully coordinated to create a timeless space that feels bright, elegant, and highly functional.
Luxury Meets Relaxation
The shower and bathing area was completely reimagined to create a true spa-inspired retreat. The existing shower, tub, and tile were removed to make way for a freestanding soaking tub, premium porcelain wall tile, a frameless glass shower enclosure, and a custom tiled shower floor. Behind the finished surfaces, the shower was rebuilt using cement backer board and a liquid-applied waterproofing system to provide lasting performance beneath the luxury finishes.

The living room was transformed into a sophisticated gathering space through the addition of custom built-in cabinetry, a dramatic stacked stone feature wall, and an integrated entertainment center. Every detail was carefully designed to create a clean, contemporary focal point that enhances both the architecture of the home and the way the family enjoys it every day.
