The new space features a spa-inspired wet room for the ultimate showering and bathing experience, plus a custom walk-in closet with ample storage and stylish finishes. From design to final touches, our team handled everything — permits, framing, plumbing, tiling, cabinetry, and more — to ensure the new addition blends seamlessly with the existing home while adding comfort, style, and value. For this project, our client had one request — create the ultimate space for a home golf simulator. We delivered by designing and building a stylish Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) that’s perfect for practicing their swing year-round. This addition features an open layout with high ceilings to accommodate the simulator, upgraded electrical for equipment, and a sleek finish that blends beautifully with the main home. Whether used for golf practice, entertaining friends, or relaxing after a game, this ADU adds both functionality and value to the property.
